General Description
Alkaline-Delt is a powerful alkaline food-grade cleaner designed for external cleaning of processing lines, equipment surfaces, and containers. It effectively removes grease, sugar residues, milk deposits, and chocolate buildup.
Applications
Cleaning of external equipment surfaces, containers, and production areas. Effective against fatty residues, sugary deposits, and protein-based soils. Recommended for use in dairy, confectionery, and beverage industries.
Directions for Use & Dilution
For manual or foam cleaning: dilute 2–4% in water, depending on the level of soiling. Circulate solution through the system for 15–30 minutes at 60–70°C. Apply by spraying, brushing, or foaming system. Allow sufficient contact time, then rinse thoroughly with potable water.
Precautions
Wear gloves, goggles, and protective clothing during use. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. Store in a cool, dry place away from acids.
