ACIDO-DELT
General Description
Acido-Delt is an acidic descaling cleaner formulated for periodic internal cleaning of pipelines, tanks, and processing equipment. It effectively removes limescale and mineral deposits caused by water hardness or milk processing.
Applications
CIP cleaning of pipelines, dissolving tanks, and heat exchangers. Removal of limescale, calcium, and milk stone residues. Suitable for dairy, beverage, and food factories.
Directions for Use & Dilution
For CIP cleaning: dilute 0.5–2% in water, depending on scale build-up. Circulate solution through the system for 10–15 minutes at 40–50°C. Rinse thoroughly with potable water after use.
Precautions
Use with appropriate PPE (gloves, goggles, face shield). Do not mix with chlorine-based products. Store in acid-resistant containers away from alkalis.
